Each 24-hour cycle automatically rotates four questions from 1st and 2nd MBBS subjects (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, FMT, etc.) plus one General Pulse. Never hardcoded, fully dynamic.

Window Schedule: Synchronized Daily Unlocks

Pulses unlock promptly at the official scheduled start time configured by the MedTrail Admin. Prior to opening, challenge slots are locked under dynamic countdown.

Anti-Cheating Algorithmic Telemetry

Server-side submission validation checks response latency, duplicate idempotency keys, and tab telemetry. Unfair tampering triggers immediate disqualification.
